Return Policy
At LUMIÈRE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. All original accessories, manuals, and protective materials must be included.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order lighting fixtures
- Items that have been installed, wired, or show signs of use
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at thelouisdavidb@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds. All approved returns will be issued as store credit to your LUMIÈRE account, valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Store credit can be applied to any future purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your store credit to be processed after we receive your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please initiate a return for store credit and place a new order.
