Free Worldwide Shipping
LUMIÈRE offers free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 3-5 business days
- Australia: 5-8 business days
- United States and Canada: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Asia Pacific: 7-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-21 business days
Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Packaging
Every LUMIÈRE product is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging includes custom protective inserts, reinforced outer boxes, and sustainable materials wherever possible.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive tracking updates via email. You can also check your order status by contacting us at thelouisdavidb@gmail.com
Customs and Duties
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in our pricing or shipping.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, we will send a replacement at no charge.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost.
